During the 2025 season, Tanya completed her 10K debut after an 8-week build designed around real-life demands: a full-time 9–5 job, Pilates coaching, and just three run days per week. The focus was never on chasing a time goal, but on arriving prepared to cover the distance with strength, control, and a solid aerobic effort.
